Working as a camp counselor is one of the greatest jobs there is! Counselors positively impact campers in so many ways, helping them to grow emotionally and physically, in gaining self-confidence, and having loads of fun. It is also one of the few summer jobs which develops young people into strong leaders by giving them true responsibility in a supportive environment.

Camp Greenbrier seeks to hire only the best. We are looking for counselors who share our desire to provide a wonderful summer camp experience to campers from all over the United States and the world. Our salary for Senior Counselors (18 yrs. or older or graduated from high school) starts at $1,700.00 for the 7 week program. A number of 17 year old Junior Counselors are also hired.
