Prospective Camper Days

Wednesday, August 19 – Sunday, August 23, 2026 (during our family camp)

If you’d like to check out camp with your camper, come to our Prospective Camper Days. Campers attend with at least one parent/guardian and come for one, two, three, or four nights, your choice of the days. If school has started, you are welcome to come for just the weekend. We recommend staying at least two nights so that you can get a true feel for the place! Sign up through the House Party (family camp) section of our website (click on the House Party icon at the top of the page).

Early Sign-Ups

If you sign up on or before December 1, 2025, you will receive a 10% discount on your son’s camp fee. For single term campers who sign up early, the cost is $4,185.00, a savings of $465.00. For full season campers who sign up early, the cost is $7,380.00, a savings of $820.00. You are welcome to pay the full camp fee when you sign up, but for those who don’t the balance must be paid in three equal installments – by January 15, February 15, and March 15, 2026.

Brothers & 15 Year Old Campers

Brothers and 15 year olds receive a 5% discount whenever they sign up. This is in addition to the early sign up discount, for those who sign up early. Contact the camp office for details.

Payment Details

If you wish, you may pay the entire fee when you send in your son’s application. Otherwise, you should pay the balance of his fee, the total less the $500.00 deposit you have already paid, by May 1, 2026. Those who are signing up after May 1, assuming there is space available, should pay the full camp fee when they sign up. We accept credit cards, payments through your checking account (online or via regular mail), and money orders.

Refund Policy

For withdrawals before May 1, 2026, all fees shall be refunded except for credit card fees previously incurred by the camp. For withdrawals on or after May 1, 2026, all fees shall be forfeited except in the case of injury or illness that prevents camp attendance. In a case of injury or illness, all fees shall be refunded except for credit card fees previously incurred by the camp. Written proof of injury or illness from your medical provider is required.
