Camp Forms & Due Dates

• Camper families will receive an email on Monday, May 4, 2026, regarding the online Pre-Camp and Health History forms, along with the Pre-Camp booklet. The forms should take about 20 minutes to complete – no doctor’s exam is required. We ask that you complete the forms online by May 20, 2026.

• You will receive a separate email for any balances due.

Spring Cleaning Dates

• There are two Spring Cleaning weekends coming up. The first is May 15 – 18, 2026, and the second is June 12 – 15, 2026. Volunteers are welcome and encouraged!

• Come for as many days as you’d like, from one day, to one weekend, all the way up to both weekends! Bring your camp friends, or potential camp friends, with you. We will feed you and put you up in the Chenault building! 

• It is a great way to get some Camp Greenbrier time and to help beautify camp. There will be time to take a dip in the river, and to sit around the campfire with good friends. And there will be a variety of jobs, suitable for any ability level, so don’t be shy.
